The medium is solely high-pressure water () with extremely high kinetic energy without injection of chemicals. At this high pressure water is a solid cleaning agent. With the use of different type of nozzles the water jet can be adjusted to the planned optimal shape and distance.
For cleaning various surfaces the use of grain-blast has been common in the technical practice. With continuous check-up we have performed tests for the comparison of the efficiency of the two technologies. The experiment showed more then five times bigger efficiency at high-pressure water cleaning. High-pressure water is suitable for the cleaning of technological systems, moreover it is a successful and effective solution in the cleaning of cross-sectionally closed pipes.
At the appliance of high-pressure water chemicals are only added to the cleaning agent when the formation of quick-rust is to be avoided or postponed.
At significant part of surface cleaning projects the coating (deposition) is considered hazardous waste so the quantity of cleaning agent and coating mixture is important. Since the mixture is considered hazardous waste increasing its quantity increases the final cost of cleaning.
The Vakuum System® of Aquablast® and Spiderjet® cleaning systems makes a totally closed cleaning process possible, in this way neither the cleaning agent nor the removed coating (deposition) can get out to the environment (zero emission).
Waste and removed coating (deposition) that are generated during cleaning can be separated with mixture filtration or sedimentation at the time of cleaning, therefore the high-pressure water process does not generate waste so the quantity of removed coating (deposition) only increases with approximately 10%!
Thanks to the Aquajet® system various projects can be performed in a short time without restrictions.
Possibilities of high-pressure water appliance is of a much wider scope than only cleaning various surfaces, there is a possibility of cutting any kind of medium, demolishing concrete systems, renovating buildings and removing grafitti.
